After nearly 30 years as a registered nurse, I founded Solveda from a deep belief that true healing involves caring for the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. My passion for integrative wellness inspired me to create a space where people can reconnect with themselves through natural, evidence-informed practices and thoughtfully crafted aromatherapy products.
The name Solveda was inspired by "Sol" representing the sun and our inner light, and "Veda" the Sanskrit word for wisdom and knowledge. Together, they symbolize awakening the light and wisdom that already exist within each of us.
Our guiding message, “Awaken Your Inner Light,” reflects the belief that healing begins within. As we reconnect with our authentic selves and cultivate greater awareness, compassion, and balance, we not only transform our own lives but also contribute to the well-being of those around us. At Solveda Wellness, we believe that individual healing has the power to elevate our collective consciousness—creating a ripple effect of hope, connection, and healing that extends far beyond ourselves.
